Shipping & Delivery
- How long does delivery take? We deliver to both the United Kingdom and the United States. Once your order is placed and confirmed, please allow 7 to 14 business days for your order to arrive. During busy periods such as holidays or sales events, delivery may occasionally take a little longer — but we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
- How much does shipping cost? We offer free shipping on all orders over $80. For orders below $80, a standard shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase — so there are never any surprises.
- Do you ship to both the UK and the US? Yes — we ship to both the United Kingdom and the United States. Simply enter your delivery address at checkout and we will take care of the rest.
- Will I receive a tracking number? Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
- Why is my delivery taking longer than expected? Occasionally international shipments experience minor delays due to customs processing, local postal conditions, or high-volume periods. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
Orders & Products
- How do I know which product is right for me? Every product page on our store includes a detailed description covering exactly what the product does, who it is for, and what is included in the box. If you still have questions after reading the description, feel free to contact us before ordering — we are happy to help you choose.
- Are your products food safe? Yes. All kitchen tools and gadgets in our store are made from food-grade materials including stainless steel, BPA-free plastics, and food-safe aluminum alloy. Many of our products also carry international safety certifications including CE, RoHS, LFGB, and SGS.
- Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to make a change or cancellation please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that point your order may already be in transit and changes may not be possible.
- My item arrived damaged — what do I do? We are really sorry if this has happened. Please take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund for you immediately — no complicated process, no hassle.
- The item I received is not what I ordered — what do I do? This rarely happens but if it does please contact us straight away with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will sort it out for you immediately at no extra cost.
Returns & Refunds
- What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where possible. Please see our full Return Policy page for complete details.
- Who pays for return shipping? This depends on the reason for the return. If the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect we will cover the full cost of return shipping. If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. We will always be transparent about this before you send anything back.
- How long does a refund take? Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider it may take a further 3 to 7 days to appear in your account.
- Can I exchange an item instead of returning it? Yes — if you would like to exchange an item for a different variant or product please mention this when you contact us and we will do our best to arrange it for you.
Payments & Security
- What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout system.
- Is my payment information safe? Absolutely. We never store your payment details. All transactions are processed through Shopify's fully encrypted, PCI-compliant payment system — the same security standard used by the world's largest online retailers.
- Will I be charged any customs or import fees? For customers in the UK and US, the vast majority of orders arrive without any additional customs charges. However in rare cases customs authorities may apply import fees that are outside of our control. These would be the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure please check your local customs guidelines before ordering.
