We will always confirm the return shipping arrangement with you before you send anything back . There will never be any ambiguity about who is responsible for the cost.
How To Start a Return
- Contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return
- Attach photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect — this helps us resolve things faster
- We will respond within 24 hours with your return instructions and confirm the shipping arrangement
- Once we receive and inspect your item we will process your refund or replacement promptly
Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item has been received and inspected:
