Where We Ship
- We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States. We are working on expanding to additional countries in the future — check back soon or contact us to ask about your specific location.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs depend on your order value. For orders under $80, a standard shipping fee will apply, which is calculated at checkout. Orders valued at $80 and above qualify for free shipping. Your exact shipping cost, if applicable, will always be displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order, ensuring there are no hidden fees.
Processing Time
- Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.
Delivery Timeframes
- We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and the United States, with estimated delivery times ranging from 7 to 14 business days for both destinations. Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates only. While most orders arrive within the expected window, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, local postal conditions, or high-volume periods such as holidays and sale events. These factors are outside of our direct control, but we will always do our best to keep you informed throughout the shipping process.
Order Tracking
- Every order comes with full tracking. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel in real time. If you have not received your tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order please check your spam folder first, then contact us if it is still missing.
Customs & Import Duties
- For customers in the UK and US, most orders arrive without any additional customs charges. However in some cases customs authorities may apply import duties or fees that are entirely outside of our control. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs guidelines if you have concerns before placing your order.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
- If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us straight away. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and work quickly to resolve the situation — whether that means locating your parcel, reshipping your order, or issuing a full refund
Incorrect Delivery Address
- Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing your order please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
