Tough, chewy meat that never quite cooks evenly — no matter how long you leave it in the pan. The problem is not your cooking. It is the preparation. This dual-sided meat tenderizer tool breaks down tough muscle fibers before cooking, letting marinades sink deeper and ensuring every cut comes out tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked through.
Add this meat tenderizer mallet to your kitchen today — turn tough, budget cuts into tender, restaurant-quality meals every single time.
Key Benefits
Key Benefits
- Two tools in one head — the spiked side tenderizes tough cuts by breaking down muscle fibers, while the flat side pounds meat to an even thickness for uniform cooking — no need for two separate tools
- Marinades penetrate deeper — once the spiked side opens the meat surface, your seasoning and marinade reach the center of the cut instead of sitting on top
- Even thickness means even cooking — pounded chicken breasts and pork chops cook at the same rate across the whole surface, eliminating dry edges and undercooked centers
- One solid piece — nothing to break — integrated aluminum alloy construction with no separate head or joints means this meat mallet will not loosen or fall apart with heavy use
- Light enough to control, solid enough to work — at just 100g it is easy to swing repeatedly without arm fatigue, yet heavy enough to flatten even thick cuts efficiently
- Works on every cut you cook — beef steaks, chicken breasts, pork chops, veal cutlets, and any cut that needs tenderizing or flattening before cooking
How To Use
How To Use
To tenderize tough cuts:
1. Place meat on a clean cutting board
2. Use the spiked side of the meat tenderizer mallet and press or pound firmly across the
entire surface
3. Flip the meat and repeat on the other side
4. Apply your marinade immediately - it will now penetrate deeply into the meat
To flatten for even cooking:
1. Place meat between two sheets of cling film or baking paper to prevent splashing
2. Use the flat side of the meat pounder and pound from the center outward
3. Continue until the cut reaches an even, consistent thickness throughout
4. Season and cook immediately for perfectly uniform results
Works well on:
. Beef steaks and tougher cuts
. Chicken breasts and thighs
. Pork chops and cutlets
. Veal and other thin cuts requiring flattening
Not suitable for: Use directly on bones
Care:
. Hand wash only with warm soapy water - rinse and dry immediately
· Do not put in dishwasher - aluminum may discolor over time
. Store in a dry place to prevent oxidation

just what I need and at a good price
Hammer puts off tiny sparkles when smacking against my hand. Glittery, not sure if its the material its made of or a coating. Discarded for safety concerns
Very small and hardly any weight to i it. Will see how long it takes to actually pound some cutlets
Although it is smaller than I expected, it performs its function well. I don't regret buying it at all. I recommend it to small families.
